About Us
Mountain Shadows West Homeowners Association Inc. (MSW) is a private, single-family, owner occupied residential area. The area was established as a designation of lots within a Resort, pursuant to the stipulations of the Maricopa County Board of Adjustment and Appeals, District 2, on October 13th 1960. A further dedication by Plat occurred on May 23rd 1961. In total, fifty-nine (59) single-family residences are held in fee simple estate.
